Who Are We?

Rouge Services Corporation is a licensed mortgage administrator regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario. As a non-bank lender offering alternative private mortgage solutions to borrowers, we aim to utilize Rouge Mortgage Fund LP (proposed fund) to fill the lending gap created by the strictly regulated OFSI institutional type lending criteria of banks, trust companies and more traditional mortgage lenders.

Our mission is to preserve investor’s capital while generating attractive, stable returns that allow for a consistent cash distribution on a monthly basis.

Investing predominantly in short-term residential and some commercial real estate mortgage loans, investor capital is protected by real estate assets.
